mid-NOVEMBER 2006:  MANY PICS ADDED to the Corina's first 3 days of pics.

Corina, a bouncing baby girl, was born at Washington Hospital in Fremont 

Name:  Corina Jia-Lei XXXXXX (we don't do last names, email, phone #s, SS#,  etc at our website)
Born:  4:49pm, Monday, October 9th at Washington Hospital in Fremont
Weight:  6 lbs 7 oz (Cam = 7 lbs 7 oz)
Length:  20" (Cam = 19")
Decibels:  78...didn't like her 1st bath! (Cam = 65...didn't mind the bath, but was HUNGRY!)
Off-schedule-ness:  4 days early (Cam = 14 days late)
Labor:  ~13 hours (Cam = 24 hours)
Continous hours awake for Mom n' Dad (no naps):  ~21 (Cam = 46!)
Final mega-pushing:  ~10 minutes (Cam = 2 HOURS)
Cute-ness level:  10 buttons (Cam = 10)

There was a bit of waiting after our 7am arrival at the hospital.  We brought Cam, who was happy having a book and some breakfast milk.

Tired, but happily swaddled.  Mom n' Dad were tired but happy too!:

Cam meets his 2-hour-old baby sis.  He did well, and was gentle, curious, and even gave her his toy train as a gift (or loan...but who's counting?!):

And on Corina's third day, we headed home!  Cam did okay being gentle and giving, but continued the increased clinginess to Mom he had for the 3 weeks before Corina was born.

Two weeks old.  Though she sleeps a lot, Cori is alert and looks around when awake:

WOW!  2-year-old Cam seems unreasonably humongous compared to 2-week-old Cori!!  This is not a Photoshop trick!

Cam showers his 'beebee sistah Towhee' with hugs and kisses, and sometimes likes to just stare at her:
