Cam's 19 to 21 months

Mini-Blog:

May (19 months): Feeds the Fish. Plays SEEK (we hide). Can gargle. No kidding, GARGLE! Can reliably buckle his high-chair buckles. Loves to dance even more than before! Automatically says "NO" to everything (without comprehension). Says "buh-bye" to just about everything 20 times. Likes to give head butts. Wants to drink from a cup...wears most of it on his shirt.

June (20 months): Automatically says "YES" to all questions (but doesn't mean it). 'Helps' wipe his bottom (but not very well). First Merry-Go-Round ride (likes it). First attempt to drive real car (put key in ignition, tries to start it, can't reach pedals). 1st time down the slide on his own. Loves the bubble maker, has produced 1 million (or so) bubbles. Has mastered the art of the meltdown tantrum to get what he wants. Really imitates LOTS of words (ooh, gotta watch our profanity)...ish (fish), noodoh (noodle), wice (rice), nana (banana), appow (apple) and on and on! Imitates lots of actions: clapping, humming, raising arms and saying 'yay!', jumping, car sounds. Learned to jump on the trampoline.

July (21 months): 'Grabs' food items (and sometimes trucks, drums, stars) from his picture book and feeds it to mom, dad, or self. Fills cup with water from fridge water dispenser. Loves his little toy train and tracks. Finally WANTS to go on the swing (bucket and regular) of the new play structure. Goes down the slide on his very own. Turns up the music and dances like a madman! Switched girlfriends again at daycare...from Angela to Sophie.
