This page NEW in September, 2004 Yosemite in the winter is GREAT-- no traffic, no crowds, no lines! Just spectacular waterfalls, wildlife, and a snow-covered Half Dome. This year, we had 14 people join us, and for 3 of them, it was their FIRST time to Yosemite!! A short hike to view Upper and Lower Yosemite Falls, and also Bridalveil Falls: Yosemite was not only a FIRST-time trip for some, but also a FIRST-time snowshoe adventure at Badger Pass: Andy and Dave, all geared up Andrew, Anne, and Ingrid also ready for some snow flurries!
