This page NEW in September 2004 This year's annual Tahoe Car Camping Trip had the most kids YET!! We were back again camping at our family favorite, Nevada Beach Campground in South Lake Tahoe. A hearty breakfast of omlettes and blueberry pancakes get us energized for all the day's activities...
a short hike on the Rainbow Trail at Taylor Creek to the stream profile chamber....
which got everyone ready to hit the beach!! We had all sorts of water toys this year, and the water was perfect!
Once we were tired of playing in the water, we went to catch food from the water... CRAYFISHIN'!!
After a long day of having fun, we were ready for the BIG potluck dinner! Chef Shapoor prepares a special fruit compote to accompany Carlton's curry chicken.
We all enjoy Nancy and Tim's campfire songs while observing June beetles and spiders.
